1. Cream of potato and carrot peels

2. Meatballs made from leftover meat and vegetables
You cooked too much roast or too many side dishes? Chop them finely together with an egg, parmesan, breadcrumbs and spices to taste.

Finely chop the stale pandorocombine bitter cocoa, sugar and a pinch of salt. Heat the milk with a vanilla pod, then pour it over the pandoro mixture and mix vigorously.
